Self-service version of the current UCSF Health email signature template. Enter your information, choose whether to include pronouns, preview the result, and copy the formatted signature into Outlook.

Current template guidance

Keep the text in Arial size 10, with the name in Arial size 11.

Do not resize the logo, add other logos, add colors, add a tagline, use your department or division logo, or use more than 5 website links.

After copying, open Outlook Settings → Signatures and paste the signature. In Outlook, choose “Keep source formatting” if prompted. The preview toggle lets you check the generator in light and dark UI modes; the copied signature includes dark-mode rules so text switches to white and the appropriate UCSF Health logo is used in compatible email clients.
